How do I back up my data?
Two ways. Your device already backs the app up automatically (iCloud on iOS, Google Drive on Android). For an explicit copy, open Settings → Export data in the app and save the JSON file anywhere you like — iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or send it to yourself.
How do I move to a new phone?
Restoring the new phone from your device backup brings the app's data with it. Or export a JSON backup on the old phone, then use Settings → Import data on the new one.
Does importing merge with my current data?
No — importing replaces everything in the app with the contents of the backup file. Export first if you want to keep a copy of the current state.
Why don't I see a habit today?
The Today screen only shows habits scheduled for the current weekday. Check the habit's “Repeat on” days in the Habits tab.
