Acceptance
By downloading or using Stride (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
The App is a habit tracking tool that stores your data locally on your device. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue the App at any time.
Your data and your responsibility
Because your data lives only on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups — via your device's automatic backup or the App's export feature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
